Amazing and professional service Dropped my phone off at 10am ,collected at 1230 fully working again.
Absolutely tremendous service, very knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot praise him highly enough! Day 1 : looking like a condemned phone, go to shop and get told this is not only salvageable, but will be completely recovered and fully repaired. I felt reassured after a lengthy and detailed explanation and got told it will be done by the end of the week. My son’s iPhone 13 was stuck in continuous boot cycle. Apple quoted £600 repair for a hardware fault, without any further explanation. Electrobit were able to diagnose the exact fault, repaired and replaced component at a fraction of the Apple quote! Also replaced a broken camera lens cover and fitted a screen protector. Would I recommend? Absolutely! Very friendly, knowledgeable and this will now be my first port of call with any phone issues in the future!
Brilliant service fast, cheap and realibile
Inquired about issues with my iPhone charging port, he was very clear about the risks of cleaning it might cause more damage, I took it in and the issue was only built up dust, a 5 minute clean up later and it was charging again all free of charge. Would recommend
