Hi, I want to share an experience my parents had with this business about 4 years ago. When they filed their taxes here, the owner charged them $250 each to prepare their returns. However, when my mother received a state refund of around $200, the owner refused to give it to her. My father even called to ask about it, and the owner said he would not give her the refund because it was “too small” and kept the money himself.
