Tashia provided excellent customer service with kindness and compassion while offering suggestions for accounts as I learn finances for myself and resolve accounts for my mom since she passed away.

Wouldn’t deposit a check that had my name and my husbands name on it. Brought in my husband with his license they still said no. Went to my husbands bank up the street they deposited the check immediately even though I wasn’t on the account no questions asked. They NEVER answer phone, switching banks, only a matter of time this bank will close.
Absolutely terrible place to finance a vehicle through. They added insurance to our loan saying we did not provide any when my husband sent it in and then we were told all was updated and then when we got to try and make a payoff amount, they say we owed THOUSANDS more than we actually do. They never let you know where you stand on your loan, their website and app are not user friendly and do not let you check on your loan, only to make payments.
