Abigail Watson at Community America St. Peters was incredible! I was trying to sell my old vehicle and needed a Lien Release form, which can take a few days to process. To make matters more complicated my previous Credit Union had merged with Community America, so it wasn't super easy to locate my old information. However, Abigail went above and beyond to help me out! She was able to locate, notarize, and provide my paper work within a matter of 15 minutes.
Love everyone at this branch, they are always so friendly and welcoming. As someone with really bad anxiety feeling welcomed by a business especially the one I bank with is a great and allows me to come in and do business without stressing out about it!
Shelly and Brandon were amazing ! They made the whole process of getting our car loan so easy and pleasant. I appreciate good people who know their stuff and are friendly. Thank you so much !
Shelly was so nice to me during my visit I was very confused about a situation with my account and took time out of her day to thoroughly explain what was going on and had my best interests in mind the entire time am totally satisfied with this bank!
