Tasia was the worst employee you could have. Not a smile on her face and absolutely miserable looking. Made a payoff for a customers vehicle and asked her to call and verify my check and her response was “I’m not doing that”. Who do you think you are? You work for the members and community. Should fire this person immediately.
Electro Savings Credit Union was better! When this bank took over they did a poor job at transferring my loans/accounts. Whenever I request documentation I'm either told they'll have to open a "case/search" but I never hear back and/or I'm told to email them and then never hear back. Worst banking experience I've ever had.
I've been banking with them since 1980 i'm proud to be a part of community America.
