Unable to access my accounts because the app and site is down. No email notifications have been sent out to notify customers of this outage I had to reach out via Facebook. This is annoying and concerning since they recently just bought out Electro Savings. I hope this won’t be a regular occurrence but I’m already looking at moving to another bank just in case.

Steven...the staff member was very friendly and was able to print my transaction history that I requested with no hesitation.
Trash customer service, trash people.... go to another bank. I went into this branch and requested they close my account on 9/27 and withdrew ALL FUNDS. I was told it was done and they then kept it open. SCAMMERS ALL THE WAY. This isn't the first time they have done sketchy things. This is by far the worst bank I have ever had and I will be reporting them. I suggest you go somewhere else.
