Every single employee at this bank is kind, polite and sincerely interested in resolving any problems you may have. I compare this bank to the old small town America "doctor" or the "mom & pop" stores. You are a person to them; not just an account. BTW, the "Trash this bank" comment above was from 4 years ago. I have been dealing with most of the employees at this bank for over a year, in person with several important situations. I have always had a good experience when dealing with all employees at this credit union theymake me feel like I'm just as important as someone who has a lot of money Thank you to all employees
Unable to access my accounts because the app and site is down. No email notifications have been sent out to notify customers of this outage I had to reach out via Facebook. This is annoying and concerning since they recently just bought out Electro Savings. I hope this won’t be a regular occurrence but I’m already looking at moving to another bank just in case.
