Darnell at Electro Rides REALLY helped me! He was able to answer all my questions and resolve my concerns quickly, and because of the simplicity of the issue, did so as a courtesy. Additionally, I learned that Electro Rides offers their own warranty on everything- including used scooters- that they sell, and I was amazed at the affordable prices of their new inventory. One thing to be cautious of is the time you park because there are time-of-day restrictions on street parking outside the store.
Mike helped me. I bought my first electric scooter from him. Very friendly and informative. They have a repair shop there as well if your scooter doesn't scoot. So glad I bought from them instead of amazon.
These guys are awesome! Amazing customer service, the mechanics there can fix anything. I’m so glad we found this place - if you have issues with a scooter or e-bike - take it here. You won’t be disappointed.
This shop is great for repairs. I use a scoter everyday to get to my office and avoid parking fees. This place has repaired my scooter multiple times. And I did not buy it from them. The last time, I got a flat tire, I dropped it off and it was done the same day. Highly recommed for any scooter repairs or service.
Ok this is a great place don't get me wrong but I had to service my own scooter. Sadly I made the mistake of buying an e-scooter via Amazon. Of course they send me a defective one. So I stopped by here for service. I felt the guys weren't really taking me seriously. I tried telling them there was some type of rubbing going on because each and every time you rode or even moved the scooter back and forth you can hear a metal rubbing sound.
