Took 2 inokim scooters in for service after putting 300miles on them last season. Experienced tech looked at both scooters and since they were both in good shape they did not charge anything for the service. Wonderful resource to have in this town for anyone with an electric scooter. Great service. Highly recommend
Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable. He knew what was wrong with our scooter just by talking to us over the phone. We had bought 2 electric scooters for our son and neither turned on from Amazon. We dropped them off and within 24 hours it was fixed and we picked it up at a good price. He even came outside to show us how to use it. Great experience. I definitely recommend Electro rides in downtown Cinci it is a great place. Thank you for your work!

Brand new and the scooter world, had some questions. Extremely friendly people. Super clean store. They do offer sales on the higher end products and repairs on everything. Met the owner and is assistant and they were willing to do a tune-up for me for a very good price to do it. Once-over ,.. and they were super friendly and recommending my next purchase based on my uses and didn't try to oversell me.
