William was more than Great, he personally delivered the 3 bikes we ordered for the wk to our vacation home, was there exactly when he said would be there. Gave us 3 awsome e-bikes for a fantastic cost, showed us everything we needed to know about them before leaving and came back to pick them up at end of our stay. This place is very well connected with businesses to fix anything you could need. I was worried after buying a bike because i knew little to none about it and couldnt get it to turn on. William not only helped me over the phone and fixed my surprisingly easy fix to the problem! Definitely will come here for bike repairs 🥰
