This bike shop is what every retail shop should be like. I had a brake issue with my new E-bike and Nate was so incredibly helpful and easy to work with. I thought it would take a few days to get to but Nate jumped on it as soon as I walked in. He diagnosed the issue immediately and charged me a very fair price for the fix. Great company to do business with. My wife and I went in just to get info and see what type of e-bikes are on the market. Nate was super helpful while providing all the information about every single bike we looked at. We spent a few hours looking at their different bikes. He allowed up to test ride each bike. He assembled my new bike free of charge and did an outstanding job. Upon delivery, He explained the operation of the bike very thoroughly. Highly recommended!
