I walked in this week looking for a piece that had broken for my bathroom light fixture. They looked up the housing and gave me some recommendations (on sale no less), explained how they work then invited me for breakfast with the manufacturer to see if he could get the part. After donuts and coffee, they found the part and called me to suggest I buy from Amazon to get a much better price. Kim was terrific--friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Highly recommended!
