ETS was unable to help me with a mistake made during scheduling, and cancelling to make room for another test. Instead of helping me with the issue and refunding me the money to spend on a second test, I was told to pay again and that I would not be helped, despite all this happening in a short time frame. Schedule your test through anothe vendor, not ETS because they will not help you.
