Strongly recommend avoiding this business if you value your time, money, and basic customer service. I never received my order despite communicating directly with the store multiple times, and being given false reassurances until closing. I placed an online order on Saturday at 4:00 PM. I purchased a few items here and as i was leaving i broke my key in my bike lock and was at a loss of what to do. The manager came out and helped me out. She made sure that I felt warm and safe. Hooked me up wit a banana and I was able to get my bike the next morning. Kudos to the manager of this establishment who went out of her way to help me. Thank you very much. Great people and great product.
