One of the managers went above and beyond for me on some store credit I deserved, but didn't show up on my account. She did everything she could for me one day while I was there digging looking for a trace of the transaction. She went to bat for me with the owner and I was giving the $60 of store credit I was owed but couldn't prove other than my honest word. And surprisingly, that was enough. Took about 30 games in January and got in store credit. Went in yesterday they told me I don't have an account. But when they tried to make me one it all auto generated. The guy was super cool told me to call a manager and they should beable to check it out. Called some troll and she went off about how we will just have to take a loss cause she doesn't know what to do. Shop elsewhere employee is incredibly rude. Found a DS game I wanted to purchase labeled 5.99 brought it up front the employee started checking me out and mentioned it was a cool game and he knew someone would find it and buy it and then just blurted out, I can't sell this to you! He started going on about how it's apparently worth 100.00 dollars and no way he was gonna sell it to me.
