As far as price and selection are concerned, you simply can't beat this place. I am shocked to see any negative reviews on this shop. I cannot comment on their service department as I haven't needed any of my trains repaired. However, I have made many purchases from Bob and he has always been helpful to me in finding what I'm looking for. People from all over the country do business with this place for a reason and this place and its employees deserve 5 stars.
I was the only person in the store for 10 minutes and got no service. When a deeply inconvenienced lackey finally came out and addressed me, he would not give me a straight answer to any question. The stooge truly distinguished himself when he instructed me not to touch the merchandise that he couldn't be bothered to show me himself. It will be a cold one before I ever step foot in this poorly run business again to say nothing of ever spending a dime there.
