Epropulsion they sold us is awesome! Next level customer service, with an hour worth of questions on the phone to help us with the transition! Totally awesome to not have to deal with fuel and powered by the sunshine! Being able to go into some places petrol engines aren't allowed but we are with this is amazing for exploration as well! Thank you again!
We made the trip all the way across the state to pick up a special battery that they carried in stock. I'm so glad that we did. Unbeknownst to me, the new battery was not compatible with my old charger and several cables. Eric's expertise saved us much time, trouble, and work. He even insisted on testing everything before we left the shop. I wish there were more stars to give.
Erik was great to work with. He took the time to explain every Ssabob model, and the cost/benefit to help us arrive at the right model for our intended use. Very knowledgeable. We are building a boat in Amsterdam and he shipped the SeaBob mounts to the boat builder in Amsterdam. He personally delivered the seabobs to us, and we are not very close to his physical location. Very knowledgeable and supportive and went the extra mile. Would definitely recommend them.
I am not one to typically write reviews but when someone goes above and beyond, you have to give a big shout out. Erik Tamayo of Electric Surf Sports did not need to spend as much time and effort trying to get my issue resolved on my Lift 4 eBox and battery as I had not purchased it from him...but he did. Eric and his team were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. My e-foil was delivered to my home by Eric (the owner) in person (locally), and he took the time to show me everything I would need to know to get started successfully. I've had a blast foiling ever since, and the ongoing support has been top notch and very useful. Both the products and the product support are superb.
