I was lucky enough to find out about this place when I was attempting to buy a used model of my previous bike. My previous bike got roughed up in an attempted theft and had been idle for almost a year and a half. The manufacturer of my model had also gone out of business, which made matters even more complicated. If you have an e-bike, this is the only place I would send you. Had an emergency walk in today with very soft breaks on my cargo e-bike. Scott and Pedro were able to accommodate a walk-in and did such a great job. The vibe was very welcoming, so much so that it was hard to leave. The playlist was fire too.
