Had an emergency walk in today with very soft breaks on my cargo e-bike. Scott and Pedro were able to accommodate a walk-in and did such a great job. The vibe was very welcoming, so much so that it was hard to leave. The playlist was fire too.

I can’t recommend James highly enough! He was professional and incredibly helpful. He actually figured out a serious issue with my e-bike that another bike shop missed (Which was a potentially dangerous problem that could have led to a major safety issue). The guy is beyond skilled, trustworthy, and genuinely cared about keeping my bike safe! Thank you James for the outstanding service!

I stopped by because my bike had a weird squeaking issue, and they took a look at it right away. They were super helpful, friendly, and really tried to figure out what was going on. They helped me understand that the bike could use a proper tune-up, so I scheduled one for the next day. Great experience overall definitely recommend.

I noticed that the brakes on my bicycle were not performing as effectively as they had been earlier, but thankfully, Pedro took all the necessary steps to ensure that everything was adjusted properly.
