My bicycle brakes weren't responding as well as they used to. Pedro thoroughly examined everything and made system adjustments. He even gave me advice on how to keep them in excellent condition, and I now feel much safer riding around town.
My old skylight was leaking and foggy. It was swiftly replaced, and the new one lets in a lot more light. The team was pleasant and productive, and even cleaned up after themselves.
I brought my e-bike in because it wasn't charging correctly. James performed a brief diagnostic and gave me an understandable explanation of what was happening. It was fixed that same day, and it is now operating flawlessly. I was impressed by his clarity and patience!

Brought in a Lectric XP lite 2.0 to get the brakes bled on one side. I explicitly told them not to touch the other side because it was a brand new brake line. I had to return to the shop 3 times because each time the bike wasn’t ready on the day they said it would be.
