I have been using Electrorad for many years now and have purchased probably in excess of 10 Aeroflow electric radiators from them in this time. Delivery service and aftersales service from them has been great. Will continue using them into the future!!!

I have purchased several radiators from the Electric Radiator Shop, and before recently I was very pleased and would even say they had good customer service. However, for my last purchase I have a noisy radiator that buzzes as the thermostat kicks in and off etc. They replaced the first radiator without question after I supplied a video. The company agreed that the noise was not correct, hence why would they send me a new identical radiator? Because they stated it should not make that noise. Very happy customer. I bought some Digi-line electric radiators for my mothers conservatory. The guys at "Electric Radiator Shop" were fantastic, very knowledgeable & helpful. The radiators fit perfectly, very easy to install and simply to control too. She's nice and toasty when it's cold in her favourite place. Thanks.
