I dropped off my son’s e-bike for repair a month and a half ago. Pete was very kind and knowledgeable. He said barring any weather (being called away), it should take about a week. I called after two weeks, he said he had issues with parts. We were patient but called back once a week. He got annoyed with us and stopped taking our calls. Finally, after a month of calling once a week for at least a status update, he blocked my phone number and refused to answer any questions on the status of the bike.
