I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I took my son's scooter to this shop to have the wheels replaced. The scooter was in good working condition and accelerated perfectly before I brought it in. After the wheels were installed, one wheel was spinning backward. The technician corrected that mistake, but after that, the scooter would no longer accelerate. Instead of standing behind his work and fixing the problem, he refused to take responsibility. Has had bike for 3 months, may be ill, no response…
Was able to get the proprietor on the phone at least one time so far and he seems super nice and even though it's a little bit of a drive for me from Cleveland it seems like a good place to take any and all e-bikes for repairs the problem is his hours are kind of up in the air currently! And after a little back and forth turns out it only needed a whack with a hammer so I was able to save a couple bucks and pay for a little bit of experience to get the bike fixed!
Me and my son were taking his e bike out of the box for assembly we accidentally punctured the tire with a knife. Took it to Pete's he had up back on the road in no time nice guy we loved the shop cat as well
Pete's got a lot to learn about bikes. Just look at his post on FB... Sad very sad .. if you have to scare people into buying your bikes.. well that a big rad flag. Taking a bike out of a box is easy. Actually knowing how each component functions requires experience elhe continues to sho he is lacking. Do better Pete
