Joe was amazing to work with. Allowed me to stay in the shop and watch every single process he performed to get my $3000 PC running, not only back to normal, but better than before. Diagnostic, clearing of any corrupted files, a BIOS update and more for a VERY reasonable price. Down to earth guy who is willing to spend the time till you're leaving satisfied. A 10/10 repair stop! A couple of nights ago, I was cleaning out my PS5 controller because I was having stick drift issues but when I went to reassemble the controller I had noticed that I accidentally snapped the green and yellow haptic wires inside said controller. Joe was able to see me the very next day and was able to solder the wires back onto the motherboard in about 10-15 mins! Wish there was a rating higher than 5. Fantastic place. Did the job on my PC quickly and at a great price. He even found a part that was missing and was able to come up with a work around. Then he found an issue that was wrong from the day the PC was made and fixed that as well. Great job great attitude great service. I cant say enough good about this place. So glad we found him and will never go any place else. Its great to be able to support small business.
Went to king of kings to get my ps5 fixed and they gave it back to me with missing screws and damaged inside. Paid them for a service check and they didnt tell me what was wrong with it. Called electric city repairs came down and he knew the problem in 5 seconds and didnt take him long to fix
5 Stars! I had a great experience with Electric City repairs! My daughter had a cracked screen on her iPhone 12, and he was able to get us in quickly and complete the repair the same day. The service was fast, professional, and very accommodating—he offered us water while we waited. The phone looks brand new again! Highly recommend them for anyone needing quick and any repairs.👍👍👍
