Electric City Repairs is AWESOME! I was completely blown away with how quickly my system was repaired. I had a completely broken charging port, and was told by several people that the system was beyond saving. The port was replaced with a upgraded one and is now bulletproof! I already have recommended several friends to check them out. I have a friend who also is a competitive Madden player and told him to check them out because they upgrade the thumb sticks on controllers to make them more reliable and eliminate stick drift... read more
Joe does a great job. We went in with a laptop that had a broken hinge and he fixed it right up for us and even cleaned out the inside of the laptop while he had it open too. He was thorough, fast, and his prices were very reasonable. I definitely recommend Joe if you ever have an issue with a computer, video game console, etc.
Perfect, Joe was very nice and personable. Customer service was perfect. My computers support company told me not to use my pc, Joe fixed in 2 minutes. Better than any support I’ve dealt with. 10/10 would recommend.
I can’t recommend Electric City Repairs enough. I recently had an issue with a damaged HDMI port, and the experience from start to finish was top-notch. First off, the owner is incredibly personable and easy to talk to. It’s rare to find a shop where you don't feel like just another ticket number. Owner Joe has a very rare skill in fixing electronics. Hard to find people who can do what he does. He’s respectful and knowledgeable. Call ahead of time. He even sells old consoles/ parts that he repaired so you know it’s good. He really tries to help with anything and everything; 5 stars!!!
