Electric City Repairs is AWESOME! I was completely blown away with how quickly my system was repaired. I had a completely broken charging port, and was told by several people that the system was beyond saving. The port was replaced with a upgraded one and is now bulletproof! I already have recommended several friends to check them out. Needed to get my son's gaming PC updated. Searched the area on Google and lucky ended up deciding on Electric City Repairs. They did an amazing job fixing and updating the PC and did it much quicker than expected (which was a blessing since my son kept asking about it). The PC works great and is such an upgrade. The price for the part and the labor were very reasonable and well worth it. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for any type of electronic repair or sales.
Brought my gaming PC in because it was hitting 95-100°C and throwing CPU over-temperature warnings. Joe took the time to diagnose the issue properly, cleaned out the system, installed a new cooler, and got everything running perfectly again. The person who fixed my iPad was really nice, funny, and easy to talk to. He was making jokes while fixing it, which made the experience a lot more enjoyable. My iPad works great now, and I definitely recommend joe!
Drove an hr up to Scranton to have Joe repair my PS5 controllers’ joysticks my 3 y/o daughter dropped and broke. He was able to accommodate my drive and fix both controllers flawlessly same day, and I had a nice time hanging out in the Electric City for the duration of the job. Joe is very professional and a master of his trade. Will definitely contact him again if any issues arise in the future.
