I’ve had a great experience and support from the Electric Bike Superstore. My friends shopped for two bikes with Gordon at the Carnegie store and found the support great. I bought my bike (which is fantastic) from James at the Braeside store, and found his support and service tremendous. James was very helpful and listened to what I was looking to do with an ebike. With his obviously in depth knowledge of all things e-bike I was very happy with his recommendations. It was also great that he explained the legalities of on road ebikes and traps to look out for. Would absolutely recommend this store
