I decided to waltz in and buy an e bike today, based solely on past customers reviews. Gordon is the most chilled and ultimately the best person to sell you a suitable bike. It was a pleasure to spend my money in this store and my son and I thank you for your kindness, patience and expertise. My son hasn’t wiped the smile off his face all day!

I rarely leave Google reviews, but I felt this one was deserved. I bought my e-bike here in January and recently had an issue where the display stopped working properly. After inspecting it, they found that moisture had somehow got inside the display unit. Although the manufacturer would not cover the replacement under warranty, they replaced the display with a brand-new one and didn't charge me anything.
