Gordan, Hugo and the team were so delightful to deal with. The customer service from the first initial phone call to travelling 3 hrs to visit the shop to then purchasing 2 e-bikes was exceptional. Great bikes, great price and a pleasure to deal to with. We highly recommend for all your bike needs.
I live on the north side, and sometimes, making the long haul south is the better option. After having been to multiple repair shops, nothing comes close to EBSS. Gordon is VERY knowledgeable and swift with ordering parts and repairing bikes. He goes out of his way to help educate you. What i thought would take a week for my bike to be complete (ordering parts and all) it only took 2 days. Needless to say I'll be making the commute because the service received is outstanding.
Five years ago, I bought my E-bike from Gordon. Since then, I’ve moved to the north side of the city and found it incredibly difficult to find an experienced and attentive bike shop willing to service my bike. Had a great experience with Electric Bikes Superstore. The Gordon and Clancy were quick to respond, polite and clearly knowledgeable. They were even able to accommodate a last-minute request, which I really appreciated... though to be fair, I wouldn’t count on that during peak season. Overall, super impressed with the service and would definitely recommend them!
