I rarely leave Google reviews, but I felt this one was deserved. I bought my e-bike here in January and recently had an issue where the display stopped working properly. After inspecting it, they found that moisture had somehow got inside the display unit. Although the manufacturer would not cover the replacement under warranty, they replaced the display with a brand-new one and didn't charge me anything. After watching Gordons u-tube videos I took a trip from Pakenham to gain some insight as to what bike would suit my purposes. Gordon was a wealth of knowledge and very helpful. I ended up taking a bike for a test ride and brought it the same day. Gordon even helped folding the bike up and putting in my car. Great customer service can highly recommend you visit and speak to Gordon.
