Had a great experience with Electric Bikes Superstore. The Gordon and Clancy were quick to respond, polite and clearly knowledgeable. They were even able to accommodate a last-minute request, which I really appreciated... though to be fair, I wouldn’t count on that during peak season. Overall, super impressed with the service and would definitely recommend them!

The after sales service offered by Gordon and his team is outstanding and something that isn’t the norm nowadays unfortunately. They’ve just got my older style antebike going again which I thought I might need to replace, and the repair cost was much less than I anticipated. When I do update to a new bike I won’t look anywhere else because I know how great they handle after sales service and repairs.
James, James, James is the E.B. Superstore star. One phone call told me it was worth the trip to Braeside to check their bikes. I could not have been happier with his service. He explained his products features, challenged my planned approach to buy elsewhere, and I locked in with his Earth T-Rex Mixie. We then spent 20 minutes deciding on the best method to load the bike onto my Thule frame. Thanks James.
Gordon fixed up our earth electric bike we'd bought from him that had been affected by water ingress. It wasn't covered by manufacturers warranty, but was still fixed for free by Gordon and his team without even having to ask. That's customer service worthy of 5 stars. If we're in the market for another bike we'd definitely buy from these guys again.
