I recently purchased a new e bike from them. Richard was very helpful in directing me to the right bike for me. The price for the bike and parts and accessories I have found very competitive with prices I could find online. All things considered 5 stars is fair.

Every time I’ve had an issue, he’s found the right fix without overcharging or upselling me on things I don’t need. He really looks out for people and always finds the best deals. It’s rare to find a shop that genuinely cares, but this place does. If you ride an e-bike, this is the spot to go.
