Had the opportunity to go for a 3 day bike ride recently. To enable me to do this I required a bike rack and my e-bike to be serviced. I was shown one bike rack and offered to get in another to compare. No obligation to buy. When the second bike rack arrived they called me. Choose the original one I had seen. They showed me how to put on my car , what tow-ball I needed and gave me tips on how to put my bike on . Brilliant service. Would recommend to anyone. Ollie was helpful and very knowledgeable when I went in to look for a dream bike. When I went to collect the bike, Benjamin was super awesome and gave me like 100 tips in one breath! 😄😄😄😄
