Ben was the most incredibly generous person by getting us out of a tight spot while we were travelling in our motorhome. His service was WAY beyond anything we could have expected and we can’t thank him enough and would rate him and the business as excellent. A rarity in today’s world 😊
We popped in looking for a rental, which unfortunately they dont do. However the two guys running the place were incredibly freindly and even though we werent ever in the market to buy in NZ they spent time explaining the ins and outs and benefits of ebikes , and why we should buy one when we got back to our own country. They were enthusiastic, knowledgeable and natural teachers. If we were buying a bike in NZ it would be from these guys.
Amazing experience with this e-bike company in Paraparaumu. The service was outstanding from the moment we walked in. Ollie was fantastic to deal with – super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what he does. Took full suss EMTB to Ollie and team after dissatisfaction with service from my normal shop. Night and day difference , bike running great and good communication. Highly reccpmend.
The guys did a top service on the bike and even picked it up and dropped it off for me.
