Had the opportunity to go for a 3 day bike ride recently. To enable me to do this I required a bike rack and my e-bike to be serviced. I was shown one bike rack and offered to get in another to compare. No obligation to buy. When the second bike rack arrived they called me. Choose the original one I had seen. They showed me how to put on my car , what tow-ball I needed and gave me tips on how to put my bike on . Brilliant service. Would recommend to anyone. Amazing people, bikes, energy! Thank you for all the support and great advice!!! It's a chill shop with all the expertise. Ollie was helpful and very knowledgeable when I went in to look for a dream bike. When I went to collect the bike, Benjamin was super awesome and gave me like 100 tips in one breath! 😄😄😄😄
The service is excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Nice to have people who know their job and get work done efficiently. Thanks guys. Also appreciate the free pick up and drop off service.
These guys are awesome!!! Nothing was too much trouble for them. Needed a more comfortable saddle and they adjusted it millimeter by millimeter until it was perfect. Very knowledgeable about all things bikes. Electric Bikes Plus Kapiti is definitely my cycle shop of choice
