These guys are great! Very helpful and easy to deal with. I needed my new ebike adjusted to fit my small stature and they hooked me up and fixed it with a new part in a great turn around time.
Right from the get-go the customer service from Oliver and Ben has been outstanding, what a team! These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and professional, every store visit has been a positive experience, making my decision to buy a bike from them a no-brainer. Called in last week to ask a question on how I could fit an already purchased rear vision mirror that I had bought elsewhere out of town. My grip wouldn't support the fitting. Ben made a quick modification that I could not do and sent us on our way. Thanks Ben! This is our store now!
