Absolutely love my new Ebike. The after sales care has been amazing too. Will picked up my bike, got it serviced and delivered it back to me. So easy. I've been so impressed that my mother in law came over from Wanganui and bought one too.
Took my eMTB to Will and the team in Palm Nth for a comprehensive service and they were fantastic. Communication was great, service was old school so you felt heard and not talked at. Definitely recommend. Cheers guys Glenn Cook
Had both our ebikes serviced by ebikes plus Palmerston North what a great service . Picked up and drop off our ebikes free of charge, did a full comprehensive service on them very happy ,top service ,friendly and great advise. Highly recommended. Peter
This shop is awesome! Lots of cool bikes and accessories and easy parking around the corner if needed. But the thing which makes this shop the absolute BEST is the people who work there! They've helped me out at short notice and are very reasonably priced. They are also super kind and I can't rate this shop and their staff highly enough!!!
Don’t go passed The Electric Bike Plus shop in Paraparaumu!! on the Kapiti Coast. I highly recommend them for their exceptional service, expert advice, and friendly staff. I will definitely return to them for all my Ebike's future servicing, and repairs if and when required . A big thank you, to Kelvin and his team. Yvonne.
