Our experience purchasing two ebikes was absolutely amazing, TOP TEIR customer service!!! Absolutely no sales pressure. Brooke was our sales person, she explained the ebike top to bottom! We came in to purchase one ebike but left with two of them. We actually just came in to get someone to explain how the ebike worked. Great shop with great staff!
Very pleasant shopping experience. Visited the store several times before making a final choice. Took advantage of a test ride which was super helpful. Bought a Velotric Discover3 which is easy bike to handle for me, probably not for a petite woman though.
The gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful with my quest to test an etrike and with information about the product.
