Absolutely the best!!!! My husband (disabled) uses e-trike for recreation. We purchased in Florida and we were so very fortunate to find this place. Everyone has been great as far as troubleshooting and fixing the bike. Jason with multiple instructions via email, Nicole with assisting us for appointment and billing, and Al (wonderful) who fixed the trike better than new. We both appreciate your help. Recommend highly!!!
I bought this E Bike technology kit five years ago for my sun traditional three wheel trike and it’s absolutely been flawless. I put almost 6000 miles on the kit.
I brought my recumbent trike in for service and had an excellent experience with the team at Electric Bike Technologies. My bike is 5 years old with 1900 miles, purchased from Liberty Trike. Everyone that I interacted with from first email (Nicole), appointment scheduling (Jason) to being greeted on my arrival (the whole team!) was fantastic. This place is awful!!! Jason the owner is a liar and a cheat. Ask any of his xe-employee's.Every one of us were treated badly. I myself was in a legal situation with him because his shop was dirty, and caused an infection in my eye(which I almost lost) then after everything I was fired for medical conditions. Yes....you are right....it's completely illegal. So if you want to put your money in the pockets of someone like that....well you do the math....oh by the way at least 3 of those pictures are mine and I neve gave any pe... read more
