I brought my recumbent trike in for service and had an excellent experience with the team at Electric Bike Technologies. My bike is 5 years old with 1900 miles, purchased from Liberty Trike. Everyone that I interacted with from first email (Nicole), appointment scheduling (Jason) to being greeted on my arrival (the whole team!) was fantastic. This place is awful!!! Jason the owner is a liar and a cheat. Ask any of his xe-employee's.Every one of us were treated badly. I myself was in a legal situation with him because his shop was dirty, and caused an infection in my eye(which I almost lost) then after everything I was fired for medical conditions. Yes....you are right....it's completely illegal. So if you want to put your money in the pockets of someone like that....well you do the math....oh by the way at least 3 of those pictures are mine and I neve gave any pe... read more

Warning: Elderly Nieghbor sold me her Liberty Trike that she paid approx $1500 for because the key broke in half on her first attempt to use and so she was never able to use it. I reached out to the company and explained what happened and in my PRIVATE message to them I said “…Since I know elderly people people buy these, I was going to post a review with a warning… but good customer service goes a long way and problems happen…& so I’m hoping you’ll just replace the battery so that it can be used and I can at least say you s... read more
