I visited EBT at least four times and hired a bike on subscription for nearly a year before finally selecting my ‘forever bike’. At every visit the team were helpful, accommodating, professional and kind. There was never any pressure and I always felt like they wanted the best outcome and option for me and my family. Special shoutout to Liz and Maurice. Thank you guys, I love my bike :)
This is the only place in Auckland that I would recommend to buy an E-Bike from. We are repeat customers as our needs have changed over the years with our cargo requirements. They do trade ins as well! Great range of bikes and accessories. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are happy for you you come in multiple times for test rides.
