Purchased a Bosch dual battery cable from the Electric Bike Team website with a picture that looked like the cable I needed. Cable arrived, it’s the wrong cable (and not the one in the picture). Trying to order the correct Bosch cable and I’m told they won’t refund or credit the first cable. So, I wasted $70 odd on the first cable, not going to try a second time. Excellent. It was so good to rent a bike first 3 months to test out if we were 'bike people'. I was glad to have a really safe solid bike with two lock, light, bell, safety frame etc all included so we could figure out what set up worked for us. Service and support were excellent. We are now bike people for life.

I've rented a bike, purchased a bike and serviced a bike with EBT. The staff are amazing: friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service is fantastic. I would highly recommend this place.

The team at Electric Bike Team were extremely helpful. Maurice in particular took the time to understand my commuting needs and took the time to help me choose the right bike and configuration. I am very happy with the bike and the service. Highly recommended!
