Best customer experience I’ve had in years! Maurice and the team were super helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for a way to transport three kids on a bike - they had a wide variety of options in store and guided me to what would suit my needs (and budget!). They were honest and patient and let me try out several options with kids in tow. What a great retail experience. Liz was fantastic and very patient as I tried about a dozen or so bikes over a couple of visits to the store before settling on a Sinch 4.5 eq. There was no hard sell or pressure to buy the first bike you test rode, only a real desire to ensure that you select the right bike for you.
