Ian and Rick are absolute gems . My wife & I purchased e-bikes a few weeks ago. The customer service, attentive service, professionalism and knowledge is second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending this fantastic company if you are looking to buy an e-bike.
Awful customer service, when things go wrong they will try and justify their actions in the best way they can. I was sad to discover a very slight crack in the top screen surface (Not the LED display) that Richard and Ian determined to be a impact damage, however I suggested that it could well be a stress crack that can happen with some LED screens, and they suggested that it was a big impact that would allow the elements to speed up the deterioration of the screen, since originally I was quoted £100 to replace it as they we... read more
