Andy was very knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind in guiding me through all the stages from selecting the most suitable bike for me, to helping me to assemble it, as I couldn’t drive to the shop due to lockdown. Thanks for a great service. I recently lost my bike lock key but an email to this company ensured I was soon back cycling, as they were able to send replacement keys within a couple of days, just from a photograph and a key number. After having brake troubles and a flat tyre I brought in my small e-bike to get it fixed. We ended up completely upgrading to better quality brakes and a much better tyre. The gentlemen there was very transparent and honest with me about upgrades and prices, and I am thrilled with the final result. I will certainly be back in the future!

A nice shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a slight problem with my e bike, brought it in during the morning and it was fixed and ready to collect by early afternoon. Recommended.
He couldn't source the part I needed but spent time to find and send me the link for a replacement on line at no charge. Unusually good customer service.
