We visited the Electric Bike Sales shop in Cambridge having purchased an e-bike from their Bristol branch 18 months before. The company clearly employ the same kind, helpful and knowledgable staff across both branches and probably nationwide. We purchased a seat which they willingly fitted. Not only would we throughly recommend an e-bike we would also strongly recommend buying from the Electric Bike Sales company. They really do know exactly what they are talking about!
I had a technical issue which a staff member called Jacob helped me solved. He was knowledgable, patient and friendly.
Highly recommend, the team gave us so much help, advice and time. We now have a brilliant new longtail bike to carry our kids around Cambridge.
