I brought my bike there to get a flat tire fixed I had custom air valve stem covers and they replaced them with cheap plastic black ones, they are thieves avoid the place!!!
They charge more than everybody in town. Shop around before you go here
It is unfortunate that I have to pick a star to be able to write a review. I understand That it was near their lunchtime, But that is not an excuse for two separate associates to kick the proverbial can down the road to an alternate shop. Once I was told that my brakes could not be worked on I asked a very simple question. Do you sell the parts? I did not receive an answer, I was told to bring it in so they could look at it. Ernie sold the shop but still works there, I had a flat tire they came and picked it up and were so nice, they called said the bike was ready I took the bus so I could ride it home, when I got there something happened and the bike wasn't going to be ready, they were so nice they apologized and gave me a ride home, Ernie couldn't have found a better person to sell the shop too, reasonably priced, excellent product and customer service above and beyond! Don’t let the shop location fool you. Had these folks install hydraulic brakes on our two e bikes. They quoted a fair price. Did a great job. Bikes were done on time. People at the shop very helpful. Definitely recommend them.
