I’m super impressed with the quality customer service and repair service. Every employee including the owner of this store have such a positive uplifting attitude that keeps me smiling every time I am in there. They are very helpful when asking any questions in regards to e-bikes. There prices are very fare and they have a nice selection of quality e-bikes. This store is my go to for any repairs or advice. Went in for a tube replacement for my scooter. I specifically said I didn't want a tubeless tire, the employee there said they'd have to order the tube so it would take about a week. I waited two weeks. I finally got a call saying it was finished, and the man over the phone said "and if you could do cash that would be great". I just thought their card readers weren't working so I shrugged it off. I actually found this place to be more helpful and courteous than the other store, Eugene electric. Would recommend
