Great great service at Mokwheel!! Had trouble finding someone in Central Oregon who would service the brakes on my E-Scooter, and Hawk at Mokwheel said no Prob. Great job at a VERY reasonable price. Will use again...

I bought a mokwheel ebike three months ago. The bike was messed up from jump, some parts weren't installed correctly and it didn't display the battery levels correctly. After six weeks the bike started bricking, it won't turn on. Turns out the bike needs a new odometer. The problem is that Mokwheel is out of stock for all replacement parts and has been for several months. I've been waiting for two months to get a replacement and see no signs of one showing up ever. Took my bike here for a flat tire repair and got scammed. $80 Total, $60 in labor. For. A. Flat. Tire. They made me pay cash and never input my information into their system. Very suspicious behavior and I will not be coming back.

my boyfriends scooter was here for over a month possibly over 2 months and kept telling us the part was coming and yet it never did and just kept telling us the same thing over and over and eventually he was done and finally picked it up today and they didn’t even know for sure what was wrong and he looked at it for 5 minutes and ended up figuring it out and had already ordered the part and it’s gonna take a day to come so especially makes no sense why the part wasn’t coming. a singular cut wire is the whole issue and idk wh... read more
