We were in need of an electrical transformer pretty quickly and didn't have time for it to be shipped. I drove from Georgia to North Carolina and even though I would arrive after they closed, Billy Norman stayed around and waited for my arrival and helped me load it into my truck and secure it from the return trip. Great customer service will use them for our electrical needs for sure!!
We are a small woman-owned business located in Hickory, North Carolina. We strive to treat all people with respect and dignity. Yesterday we were visited by Phillip Hedrick, Owner of Electri-Products. We greet all customers at the door and provide a quick spiel/good housekeeping. Mr. Hedrick was adamant he wanted to parts of this and attempted to barrel his way past a woman he towered over.
