Very Disappointing Experience Last Saturday, my husband and I moved into a new home and purchased a bed frame from this store. We visited twice before confirming our purchase, and even paid in full a week in advance. During these visits, we made it clear that there are two staircases in our home. The salesperson assured us there would be no extra charges for the stairs, but that if there were more than five staircases, an additional fee would apply.
