Must say I’m disappointed with my recent experience. The item was delivered, however the delivery driver caused damage to my property. Most frustrating is not just the damage, but the complete lack of acknowledgment or effort to resolve the issue. I raised the damage immediately with the driver, expecting at the very least an apology or discussion about repairs. Instead it has been ignored. Very Disappointing Experience Last Saturday, my husband and I moved into a new home and purchased a bed frame from this store. We visited twice before confirming our purchase, and even paid in full a week in advance. During these visits, we made it clear that there are two staircases in our home. The salesperson assured us there would be no extra charges for the stairs, but that if there were more than five staircases, an additional fee would apply.
