Absolutely disgraceful home. Do NOT let your family members stay here. The food is horrendous and wouldn’t even be served in a dog’s home. “Meals” include beans on toast, or if you’re lucky, lasagne served with a side of sprouts. All for the premium of £1500 a week. This home is for elderly and frail people who should be served meals packed with protein. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience here in February - we should not have been told by the manager that there was capacity for my 93 year old frail Mum - a vacant room is evidently not sufficient when care is needed. The list of issues we experienced is too long to list here but included forgetting to take meal trays in to Mum despite her being on a high alert list for food intake (on one occasion a carer had to run to the local supermarket to buy a can of soup when they realised Mum had not been served dinner as the ... read more

Can't thank you all enough for all the care you gave our dad in his final months of his life, you are truly amazing couldn't of asked for more, you made a very hard time for our family just a little bit easier knowing he was being cared for properly, so on behalf of our family I would like to say thank you to you all
