Two weeks ago we contacted this shop, and made an appointment to get the headliner in our vehicle replaced. We were told by the owner of this upholstery shop, that he was working on a big job but would be able to get to us this day. We just needed to be there first thing in the morning. We live four hours away, we stayed with relatives, but we made this trip just for this purpose. We told the owner this as well. We kept our end of the bargain.
