Horrible oversight patient care from DON andHR CNAs n RNS overworked 15 plus residents a day on easy day weekends to fend for yourself one CNA to elan entire unit on occasion not a safe place for family or loved ones . DO NOT GO HERE
My boss was beyond racist and my co worker was very sexist. It was always rude and inappropriate remarks against the other people I worked with, when I got injured my boss threatened to fire me if I went on workers comp. Then lied to HR about me being a no call no show when I had all the messages to approve my time off and I had the required notes from doctors to back it up. The staff is unfailingly kind, supportive of the residents and family . The building it feels like a family when you walk thru the doors. There are a lot of activities for patients regarding variety and desire . The outside front patio entrance are often full with family and residents enjoying the fresh air and enjoying conversation and the view . The food is great. The care and compassion was beyond expectations. Finding employees who have a passion for care has obviously made an impact here. My mom constantly said that she just loves the people that took such great care of her!! Thank you all for how you impact lives each and every day!! So grateful!
I have a friend here at present. No rehab, very understaffed, food atrocious, inedible. Appalling!! If I wasn’t so far away and not the healthcare pia, I would report them. Who gives this place 5 stars?!
