My father has been a resident at Elderwood of Scallop Shell for almost a year and my family and I couldn't be happier with the care he is receiving. The staff is friendly and willing to help, no matter what comes up. His care team keeps us informed and does everything they can to keep him happy and comfortable. The nurses and CNAs are amazing! My dad is in here for rehab after a fall and the teamwork and care here is strong and thorough. Each care worker from the docs to the cleaners to the nurses to the cafeteria staff are kind and helpful. PT is very helpful and skilled. We are really pleased with our experience.
Medical , nursing and therapy staff all top professionals and caring. Immediately caught a major misdiagnosis by hospital and remedied it. 87 year old sister has all positive things to say. Admin and finance staff accessible and helpful.
I went to elderwood scallop she , I love the people who took care of me , friendly and caring compassionate people who work there all my nurses and cns are fantastic in what they do , I'm so happy I was able to be place there for my time to all the cna's and nurses and dr.s , keep up the great job your doing , I miss all my girls 🩷🩵
David arrived on June 18th we were immediately greeted by friendly faces,staff members and Damian, the admission personel, He was immediately taken to his private room which was already ready for him on the memory unit.
