They retaliate against employees who called them out for improper treatment of patients (allegedly). And they also treat their patients badly. Food is terrible, often patients are left in their own fecal matter for hours, resulting in bed sores. So think about that before sending grandma there. 🤭
My grandmother was here for just over two years. In that time she fell and broke her hip, had multiple other falls, and I even walked in on her on the floor as she fell out of her wheelchair. No changes were made to her wheelchair until I kept calling and calling demanding change. All of the other reviews greatly describe why I don’t recommend Elderwood. I was there the other day, the lady who helped me out was Lydia. She was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place knowing people like her work there
