After reading reviews, I was nervous for my loved one to go here, however we had limited options (none) so took a leap of faith. The staff are super responsive. I've been in many hospital settings and none have been so quick to answer a call bell. They have a policy that they never leave any lights unanswered, that means any staff member who is on the floor, if they see it, they check in. I used to date Sierra Jade, Tucker. Not exactly the type of place i would want my loved ones staying at. Ive heard stories from a woman named sierra about a certain patient (wont publicly put her name here) with dementia. She takes photos of her with her bright orange hair, in my opinion it seems to be exploitation of this resident for the sole purpose of her own entertainment.

Sadly, in my opinion (legal reasons) I have over 3 1/2 years of direct memories of an employee Sierra Jade Tucker telling me in depth stories, ailments doctors appointments and names of clients.
