A retirement community for low income seniors over 55. They have rental & ownership units. This is consensus community with resident involvement in almost 100% of all decisions. It is not assisted living or a nursing home. Living here you’re expected to get involved in the community and there are lots of things to get involved with; from basic gardening to cooking, from helping a neighbor get to an appointment or checking up on someone under the weather.
Excellent place to retire..Friendly residents, beautiful flowers and lawn scapes.
