I have used the You Be the Judge books in a few locations and they are enjoyed by the residents. Recently on an order the package was missing. The company was quick to re send the booklet to me. The original book arrived over a month later. ElderSong was excellent in asking me to pass along the book to another facility, which I did. Excellent product and service.
This company is a real pleasure to work with. Their website is very informative and 'user friendly', and, they provide THE BEST customer service I have ever seen! I was contacted the same day regarding a question about my order, and my order(s) were shipped immediately. Don't hesitate to order from this company!
