I have used this service several times in taking my husband to doctor's appointments. They are a life saver for us. A courteous driver comes into the home and rolls my husband to the van, secures the chair to the van and then, at our destination, takes my husband into the doctor's office lobby. When the appointment is finished, I call, a van returns for us, and the procedure is repeated.
