My mom goes to this center twice a week , maybe . Because there is always an issue with transportation, either she doesn’t get picked up or they say they are on the way around the corner minutes away etc and don’t ever get there . They schedule her doctors appointments and make her miss them , and when they do take her she is waiting hours to be taken back home . My Great Aunt is told that there will be no aids/she will not get out of bed?! That is elder abuse to the fullest. Somebody help please 🙏 Seneca Towers. She pays to live there and have "care" SMH and grrrrr
