I appreciate the service that elderly law provided to my mother and I. They were responsive via client portal, and by telephone. They explained the process and expected time frames. They were flexible in terms of payment options. The only constructive criticism I’d give is regarding our first meeting with the attorney, he used legal jargon that only he understood, so explaining things in layman terms should be considered.
