I prefer to post positive reviews, however an unpleasant experience with Elderlaw / Jake McKinley Legal Services (Jake Law) urges me to share my experience. I was referred to their services by Aged Care Justice, by their own admission my issue was not handled in a timely manner – in fact forgotten until I made contact for a third time.
