Carter Allen does not take the time to investigate child custody cases properly as a GAL. He will not investigate the child’s home properly, putting them in dangerous situations with parents. He will not respond to emails, especially urgent ones that would require the attention of any diligent person. Court appointed attorney for my son, David Watkins, was negligent in his representation and responsibilities to his client and family which resulted in my son’s death at a treatment facility that was not vetted by him or Charlotte County court system.
