I had a poor experience with communication and follow-up from this office. I had difficulty getting returned calls over several weeks ano was given conflicting, erroneous guidance about my legal options. 1 also made a 70-mile trip for an appointment that was not properly coordinated due to office scheduling and contact information errors. Ultimately, I sought a second opinion and received clear, prompt guidance and immediate action on my matters
