I wish I could give no stars. They send someone out to evaluate your needs and approve you for 8 hours but say they can only give you 3 hours. What a joke. About their response, it's a computer generated response. I called and nobody even knew about the review and the person I was told to speak to was the person I already had a conversation with and she never called me back again. Time to call Solve it Seven. Donation and Government grants they are collecting for but not passing the service to a 96 year old woman.
