It has been such an awful experience that it would take too much time to put into words . Just choose another company for PCA services. They are extremely irresponsive and careless. The employees who are there to assist and manage don’t seem to have any urgency for client concerns. I’ve left countless voicemails and messages with the receptionist and needed up having to just figure out and solve the issue myself between the insurances for my grandmas PCA services to be reinstated. Agents assigned never return messages left on their voicemail. And it is pure luck if you even get them to answer the their phones when receptionist transfers the call to them.

I needed help they delayed as much as they could then gave the wrong info. We should not forget they are paid with our tax dollars. Thanks for nothing

These people make and coordinate meals for home bound seniors. They do very good work under not so perfect conditions. I think the meals are good, I’ve tried most of them. They deliver in rain, snow and places with no or little parking. I had beef enchiladas with rice n beans w/ garden salad. It was delicious.
