She listened and treated me with respect and had my mother’s best interest at the forefront the entire process. I wanted to thank my advocate Sharon for her help resolving problems with my parents' aged care provider and clarifying the confusing procedure we had experienced being new to the aged care system. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her and I am so grateful for the support we got through this institution.
