After arranging my mother-in-law's transportation to a medical appointment 3 weeks in advance, the day before the appointment we got an email from a female Elder Options Placerville employee stating that the person they scheduled to drive was not available. Later the same day we got another email from the same person that, "I can take her, no problem."
