If I could give a zero or a -1 review, I would. I ordered a floor mirror about a month ago, and it was delivered today. The delivery guy seemed nice and brought the mirror to my door. I left the door open, thinking he would help me get it inside, but he left without saying a word. I called him to ask if he intended to return because I could not carry the mirror inside alone. DO NOT USE THEM! The trucker is extremely rude and the trucking company is extremely slow. Theu picked up our load of furniture on May 16th and it didnt arrive to us till June 6th. We will never use them again.
One of their drivers backed into my car, despite me honking at him several times while at a full stop. Then he refused to acknowledge blame, after attempting to run from the scene. When I contacted their HR department to tell them about their irresponsible, distracted driver, and to request footage, the lady who answered yelled at me that I was saying “bs” and refused to address the matter further.
