I have worked with Kara Gansmann and Andy Olsen through NAELA and the NC Bar Association for years. Both are excellent attorneys who work hard to stay up-to-date with the latest changes in the elder law field to the benefit of their clients. I recently had been diagnosed with a benign brain tumor. Prior to surgery, I thought it best to have my 'affairs' put in order. I went to Cranfill, Sumner and Hartzog and am very happy with all the work that they have done. I was able to have a Health Proxy completed, as well as creating a will, appointing Powers of Attorney, and developing a trust.
